Ministerial Staff Statement of Purpose:
We, the Ministerial Staff of GSMBC have determined as our aim and purpose as those who are held accountable by God; to dedicate ourselves to the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, and edifying of the Body of Christ.
As such we strive to preach the word of God in season and out of season, to nurture each other in faith, love and obedience to Christ till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.
We therefore, willingly avail our spiritual gifts to God, that we may be used by Him all the more as we endeavor by aid of the Holy Spirit to minister within the Body of Christ (The Church) and the world setting a positive example of godliness and Christian love at all times.
It is our desire and intent to carry out the commands of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, reaching all nations teaching and baptizing in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE;
As a youth Ministry we are charged to instill the word and love of Christ in our children through teaching, parental involvement and providing healthy Christian role models. (Psalms 127 1:5)
Through training and teaching adults and teens to minister effectively to our children, we will introduce and solidify the foundations of our faith. (Deut 6:5-9)
To conduct ourselves in public and private as ambassadors of Christ. To maintain a spirit of patience, compassion, and tolerance to others. (Deut 4:9-10)
Vision:
With the aid of the Holy spirit, parent involvement and the church family as a whole; equiping our children to be able to use their faith-based knowledge in everyday life and become God fearing, spirit filled, loving adults. (Proverbs 22:6)

The GSMBC Finance Team shall endeavor to faithfully maintain, safeguard, advise, accurately account, and record all financial resources and transactions entrusted to us with the spirit of excellence. Remembering our stewardship is accountable to God, the Pastor, and the GSMBC Church family. Doing all things as unto the Lord, that God may be glorified.

It is the goal of our ministry to continue in the spirit of worship and fellowship while sharing the Word of God and praying with each other as we replenish our bodies.
As we serve God's people and “break bread” together in the fellowship hall our prayers are for the LORD to lead us in a spirit of cooperation and generosity.
We believe that our food choices should be planned, prepared, and served as unto the LORD, being faithful stewards in both service and the resources He provides for us.
It is our prayer the congregation, will be blessed and that God is glorified through our humble efforts.
